The weigh.IT weighbridge software has been designed with the end user in mind, making your weighbridge operators task as easy and as quick as possible while collecting the information necessary to produce the statutory reporting requirements.

Weigh.IT is designed for use by waste transfer stations, quarry operators, landfill sites, public weighbridge operators, or any combination of these. The behind the scenes functionality of Weigh.IT gives the back office full control of operations completed at the weighbridge. Contracts may be monitored in real time to ensure that agreed weights, materials and or timescales are being adhered to. The system also supports ex-works weighing where selected customers can bring in selected waste streams or purchase selected products at predefined prices.

Weigh.IT ’s fully flexible pricing structure ensures that the correct charges are applied to weighbridge transactions without operator reference to price lists. Pricing can be set per waste stream or product, per customer, per site, price per tonne, per load with minimum and maximum load charges applied. Weighbridge transactions are recorded with waste streams or products zones (which can be printed on the ticket for driver information). Weigh.IT comes with a comprehensive set of reports covering local government, revenue and customs requirements such as Aggregate and Landfill tax returns.

If you take in waste, recycle and resell, send to landfill, quarry or deal in hazardous waste, Weigh.IT is the product for you. Weigh.IT has probably the most flexible invoicing process available, with links back to your accounts.

Vehicle details are stored – this minimizes the input required at the weighbridge, as multiple tare weights can be stored per vehicle, and the vehicle owner details can automatically be displayed. Owner waste carrier licence details can be stored and a warning of expiry displayed at the weighbridge.

Weigh.IT is integrated to the weighbridge, accounting system and other modules in the Waste.IT suite of programs, particularly Skip.IT, Bowe Digitl:access Ltd's skip hire software program.
