Tip.IT

Tip.IT is designed for use by customers operating a tipper haulage operation. This is a full order monitoring invoicing facility. As well as its direct link to accounts customers the system sports its own prospect database from which quotations may be entered. Quotations may be turned directly into jobs once accepted by your customer.

Vehicle types, and actual vehicle details are stored in the system. Tipper charge rates can be by load, by the hour, by the ton, by fixed price or non recoverable. Timesheet details can be entered against a job recording the hours the operator spent on that job. From the recorded information a profitability report may be generated.

Job details are collected in a flexible and easy to use screen. At a glance vehicle and operator availability is displayed. Job tickets can be produced. Tip.IT offers very flexible invoicing options. One customer tells us this module ensures the monthly invoicing can be done in an hour, where it could have taken take two weeks prior to installing Tip.IT! Comprehensive reporting facilities exist in the system, including daily planning sheets, list of outstanding jobs, invoicing reports and location/availability reporting.

Charges can be per customer, customer site, vehicle type, material type.
