Skip.IT

Skip.IT is a full skip control module, monitoring the whereabouts, and availability of skips, bins and containers. The skip hire software supports rental, and the ability to sell additional products and services per job.

Skip.IT has its own onscreen diary of activities, from this screen drivers can be allocated jobs and have a to-do schedule printed for them.

The skip hire software prints driver's tickets (multiple ticket layouts are supported). Tickets can be reprinted at any time the job is still live. Permits can be printed where required. The software supports multiple permit layouts as most council's have their own forms and procedures.

Using expected due dates skip tracking can show skip availability on any given day, showing the quantity of skip type, how many skips are in your depot, how many are available on that day and how many skips are due back on that day. Using the expected return date the skip hire software can also produce an overdue skip return, this is great for following up overdue skips, gaining extra charges and extending period of hire!

Not only can your assets be traced, Skip.IT supports an array of pricing facilities, ensuring that the correct hire charge is used every time! The skip hire software supports charge per skip, container or bin type, per customer or per customer site. Price bands are also supported for companies that charge by delivery mileage.

Hold your skips or bins at multiple depots - no problem! Skip.IT supports an unlimited number of skip depots. This means you could have a central order line and the operator chooses availability at the closest depot.

As you would expect Skip.IT supports full order processing, from taking the order to dropping onsite. Once onsite the skip hire software tracks the whereabouts of every one of your assets, these can easily be located to arrange a collection, tip and return or an exchange.

For long term rentals a service job to empty a bin or container can be arranged and an invoice for the service can be arranged as required.
