Plant.IT

Plant.IT takes orders for the hire of your plant equipment. Monitors costs of delivery and collection, fuel charges. Allocate drivers and plant equipment to jobs, arrange and allocate subcontractors where you have insufficient plant or drivers.

Additional charges can be applied for additional equipment. Easy onscreen views display if a job is on or off hire, if a job was cancelled if driver's timesheets have been entered.

Prior to invoicing the system will display a list of all charges that have been added to the job, missing timesheets will be high lighted. Any of this information can be amended before it is passed to the invoicing module. The system keeps a full history of this information, which can be searched by date to show what equipment was booked where and show a full list of additional charges allocated to each job.

Pricing is by plant type or by plant type and customer.
