Professional Waste Management Software

Waste.IT has been designed by Bowe Digitl:access Ltd working very closely with waste management professionals and end users. Waste.IT is a suite of four modules,

• Weigh.IT for companies operating a weighbridge e.g. Recycling, Transfer Stations, Quarry, Landfill etc.
• Skip.IT for Skip (and other container) hire Companies
• Plant.IT for Plant and Equipment Hire Companies
• Tip.IT for companies that operate tipper haulage vehicles.

Each user has their own login which is password protected, so the system administrator has full control over what each user can access. A tracking facility can monitor events making audit tracking to a user and PC an easy task.

All of the modules in the suite have a flexible and powerful invoicing module that directly and seamlessly links with Sage line 50, Sage Line 100 and Sage 200 (previously known as Sage MMS). So the customer's credit status is checked immediately as the job is entered. The PC need not have direct access to the accounts package. Other accounting systems can be linked to using .csv or .xml files.

The whole suite has been written to enable remote sites to link to your head office using VPN (virtual private network) over the Internet. This means that your data is updated in real time giving you an accurate view of your company at any point during the day.

Bowe Digitl:access Ltd's products are installed by trained consultants. Project Management, training, consultancy and support services are offered to assist you in gaining effective and timely results from you investment.

Each module is written in a .Net environment and built upon an industry standard SQL database. This means that your data is easily accessible for importing into a spreadsheet etc. The Waste.IT suite of programs have been designed so that all elements are unlimited, so it can expand as your company grows.
