Waste. IT has been developed over many years by Bowe Digitl:access Ltd in close collaboration with waste management companies of all sizes and has resulted in a suite of packages capable of integration into every size of operation from small skip-hire up to nation-wide waste management.
Waste.IT can also be configured to be multi-company, to run several waste management operations under one umbrella.
Waste.IT can easily be configured to run with satellite sites using broadband connections. For example, a head office where the Maestro server will be installed then multiple remote sites accessing the server to access whichever modules they require, they can even access each others' weighbridges and/or job registers if required.
The overall suite is managed within our Maestro application hosting system software and consists of the following modules;

Intended for use by any operation utilising a weighbridge to weigh-in and weigh-out waste and products (e.g. landfill site or transfer station). Weigh.IT can track transactions from the vehicle entering the site to leaving and can take weighings from the weighbridge via Bridge.IT (our weighbridge integration package) to apply direct to the transactions. The transactions are then available for head-office scrutiny and editing before being sent to the accounts system.

The Maestro system contains a generic commonly accessible invoicing module. This module uses our in-house accounts link software to integrate with a wide range of the most common accounting software system, most notably the Sage range of products. Using this facility invoices can be seamlessly imported into accounts system sales & nominal ledgers with the minimum of fuss or intervention.
The accounts link also allows the synchronisation of an accounts system sales ledger with the customer module of the Maestro system.
